Where fun & fitness are a way of learning! In this class, we will be building our tumbling, jumping, and acrobatic skills. This class is jam-packed with fun things to do such as *Swinging *Balancing *Tumbling *Climbing *Jumping With Two Feet *Running *Hanging *Tunnel Time *Rolling.
We will focus on our tumbling technique and skill. The children will work on building their self-confidence while working on their posture and balance.
A fun class with emphasis on movement and play in a safe and challenging environment while learning the basic skills of gymnastics.
Listening skills & self-confidence are also part of our main goals. There is very little sitting time in these classes.
